Questions

Frequently asked.

Who is eligible to attend?+

E-commerce founders doing $1M to $20M+ in yearly revenue - Shopify DTC, Amazon FBA, subscription / replenishment, or software-adjacent - who are planning to exit within the next 6 months to 2 years. Each application is reviewed personally to confirm fit on both sides.

How are founders selected?+

Apply via the form above. Dominic reviews every application personally and, if it looks like a fit, books a short qualifying call to confirm your business stage, timeline and goals match the cohort. Seats are limited to 16 to keep the room high-touch.

What is the time commitment?+

Three days on the island: arrive Thursday 27 August from 13:00 and depart after lunch on Saturday 29 August. Expect roughly half the time in structured workshops and hot seats; the rest is island activities, recovery and unstructured peer time. A short pre-call with Dominic and a Founder Workbook (last 24 months of P&L, revenue by channel, key metrics) ship two weeks ahead.

What is the investment?+

€4,200 all-inclusive - accommodation on the private island, all meals, island experiences, workshop materials and follow-up. Private boat transfer from the Strängnäs mainland jetty is included. Helicopter transfer from Stockholm is available on request at an additional surcharge.

Where in Stockholm is the venue?+

Stora Rullingen, a private island on Lake Mälaren - about one hour from central Stockholm and five minutes by private boat from the mainland at Strängnäs. Fly into Stockholm Arlanda; group transfer or self-drive to the Strängnäs jetty, then the private boat to the island.

Is it confidential?+

Yes. Chatham House rules across the room. Numbers, strategies and exit conversations stay inside the cohort.

What if I'm earlier than 6 months from exit?+

The bootcamp is designed for founders 6 months to 2 years out. Earlier than that and the lift on multiple is most often the biggest. Mention your timeline on the application.

What happens after the bootcamp?+

Dated follow-up rhythm with accountability partners. When your milestones are met, Dex steps back in to help finalise the exit - including complimentary Exit Readiness sessions.
